My '79 Spit seems to run fine since I rebuilt the ole' Zenith SU carb. But when I drive it a while then shut it off it won't start until it sits a while, even in cold weather. Acts like vapor lock but it seems to be getting fuel. Cleaned out those little brass fittings in the fuel tank vapor line too. Thought about adding an electric fuel pump. Any one else have the same problem. Oh what to do, what to do.
